What is a Resort Quota and how does it work?
A resort quota is a stay period (usually one week) that the property owner grants so you can enjoy all the privileges of an owner. This means full access to the resort, its facilities, pools, restaurants, spa and all amenities, as if the property were yours.

The owner has already purchased the unit and receives a yearly week assigned by lottery. If they don't use it or rent it out, they lose the right to that period.
